Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park outside the room. The courtyard area was a bit dark but that's what cell phone flashlights are for! Reception was open when we checked in. Lady on reception was friendly. We left the room key in the box at reception when we left. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Location was close to main street which was easily walkable. There were no breakfast facilities at the hotel but we drove a few miles to the Kafe Koala in Kennett River a few miles away. Great tea and coffee with a small shop selling Australian momentous and tee shirts. I saw kangaroos near the cafe.
