The room was dirty. Especially in the bathroom there was hair everywhere even in the microwave. When I took the top off the ice bucket to get ice, it had garbage in it. However, the room was comfortable, and the staff was great

The kitchen is inconsistent over several different stays. No checklist. 1 spoon. 2 knives. Missing glasses. Several items were broken in the room, including the fire suppression sprinkler cap. The smell of marijuana in the stairwell is embedded and bothersome. That said, we are aware of declining resources to find adequate staffing to police these things. The staff is friendly and helpful and the value is fair.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. The free laundry room was a real bonus for us. Having a spacious kitchen in our room made our four-day stay during a long road trip so appreciated.
