When we went to check in they didn’t have our reservations. I had to fight to get a room and at the price that I had paid and not a same day reservation rate. We had to switch rooms after our first night because they only had a king room for the first night and we are a family of 5 they suggested that some one sleep in the chair and the rest of us sleep in the king bed

We had a “bathroom problem” in the beginning of the night hours, one called and we were exchanges to another room within an hour. I do understand that there was an available room for us at the time…but the fact that they had a diligence to solve a problem fast to accommodate us…very thankful!

Maid service ? May I have a new trash bag?

Room service as far as maid service was only on scheduled days. During or stay we were not on a scheduled day. We asked for towels from a staff member in the hall. No towels were picked
