Great Hotel and Staff

I’ve stayed at the Courtyard a few times over the years and I have always had a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Room pricing is convenient. I will continue to stay at the Courtyard for any future visits.

We enjoyed the social/ communal area in the main entry/ lounge and found the seating options above average. The room was clean and very stark. No pictures or paintings in the room and there were no grab rails in the bathroom/shower. A little warmer feeling in the room and more safety safety features would be appreciated. Staff was excellent in all respects.

The door was not leveled properly and required extra effort to open/close. The room was dated and needed updating. The wifi did not work. It was noisy overall. In essence, worst hotel in a long time. Do not stay here.
