We’ve stayed here twice for Michigan games. First time was excellent. Second time was just okay. Free breakfast isn’t anything great but good for a bagel and a banana or something. Not our favorite but the price vs other hotels on game day weekends makes it a good spot

The hotel lobby was great. The person who checked us in was nice and professional. The rooms had a lot of problems. Both of our rooms were infested with gnats. The bathroom sink in my room barely drained and there were hairs on the bathroom floor that definitely weren’t mine. The shower didn’t work in my friend’s room. (They fix knock 25% off the price of her room.) Do not get in the tower. We paid extra for this and all we got for it was a view of the parking lot and a more direct line for the VERY noisy interstate less than a half block away 2 starts is generous.

I had to kill a centipede and several silverfish insects in the room. On day 2 we asked for more 2 more coffee pods (gasp!) for our 3 night stay and they said we'd have to pay extra. (We did not.) The 2 queen beds we paid extra for were actually 2 full beds. The room was dirty, the drywall plaster was stained and crumbling, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with stale marshmallows. All this for an enormous price-hiked rate (U of M football Saturday) for what felt like a poorly re-modeled motel 6.

Bathroom was dirty, bathroom door decaying with water damage, mold in shower. Room service never came once in three nights. When I called front desk she was rude and said if I needed towels I could “come down and get them”. Never will I stay again.
