Seven things you would want to know about as you decide: 1. the key cards demagnetize often- very annoying to have to trek to the lobby and reset every day. Multiple travelers besides us having this happen. 2. the lobby is not close to most of the rooms. 3. parking is crowded if you arrive later. 4. There's no housekeeping. Except if you request it. We were there three nights, never had housekeeping. 5. Its clean, but very bare bones-one tiny soap bar, a travel-pack of tissues, no morning breakfast, etc. 6. Parking is right up on the first level rooms- every room opens directly to the sidewalk. 7. Second floor rooms involve exterior stairs for access. Aside from the key problems, we found the value marginally in line with what we paid. If you are only using a motel as a place to sleep, probably fine if you just get your key re-magnetized daily.

Cheerful and exceeded my expectations

Nicest cheap hotel that i ever stayed in. Tripnwas part of a larger road trip and actually just slept in the room. Check in easy. Air conditioning worked. Bedding clean. Bathroom clean. Need to be ok with door facing to external hallway.

A Solid Low-Cost Option

A very good, low cost option located 2.6 miles from Michigan Stadium and right off of I-94 which leads to the Detroit airport. Needed light dusting on a couple of surfaces, which I don't mind doing myself at the price point. Staff was easy to talk to, and the deposit was low. Easy check-in. I recommend.
