My handicap room was on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. As far from the elevator and front desk as possible. Signs said not to use the elevator in an emergency meaning we would have had to stay in the room as our wheelchair doesn’t do stairs. The king room was so small just barely enough room for the wheelchair.

Yes parking safe and staff polite. We had some very loud people in our hall near our room so that was not appreciated. The room was clean, but the lights in the room were very bright- they need smaller wattage bulbs. Next time I would choose a room that is a little larger that has a comfortable chair in it.
