Water pressure very low. No lounge chair and missing one night table. Weekend desk person was excellent but during week mediocre. Washing machine very slow to finish. Room very clean and comfortable.

The property definitely needs an update. Didn't like the fact that the price per night almost tripled the night before the Michigan game. Was definitely not worth almost $500 for that night considering the hotel is almost 2 miles from the school. The hotel did the job for what we needed but definitely needs to be updated.

Very few places to stay near Michigan Stadium. The Room was nice however the website says it is 1 mile from the stadium and it is actually 2.1 miles. Quite a difference if you are walking.

For a hotel charging $500+ per night, I would expect at minimum a hot shower. No luck here. When we called the front desk they said there was no one there to help - at 9am on a Sat. Also had a plugged toilet but didn’t bother to ask for help there. Gross.

Never Again

I tired to cancel this reservations multiple times. I tried to cancel it on August14th on the Hotels.com App and it did not go thru. Then I called on the 15th and was told it would be handled. It wasn't cancelled on the 15th, I called on th21st, and again on the 22nd. Nobody would assist me. I will never use Hotels.com or Sonesta Simply again. The customer service by both Hotels.com and the management at Sonesta was terrible. I was charged for a hotel room that I never used.
