The hotel was old and rundown. The front desk attendant was less than friendly when we asked questions about the area. The Continental breakfast is more of a snack…cereal, toast, donuts and a couple of fruit options. No protein to sustain you.

clean rooms but didn't expect the price i paid for the breakfast. i'd rather pay extra $20-$30 on other hotel with a decent breakfast like the one we stayed few months ago (not naming the hotel). not friendly staff and when you check out no available employee on the counter so we end up calling the hotel and someone answer it. he said leave the key on the counter. "like what? just like that" ot's a "no no" for me

Crisp clean bedding. Clean room, floors, desk, microwave. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool was warm. Hot tub was perfect for my daughter to play in without overheating. Could walk across street to catch ART to Disneyland. Super easy and convenient. Free breakfast was good. Cereal, yogurts, fruits, bagels, coffe. Good for free!!! Friendly wait staff. We are a no nonsense family. Easy to please. Loved the price without needing fluff from a hotel. Keep it simple !

You get what you pay for. If you just want a bed to crash in at night, this is a great place. However we requested a different day for room cleaning and no one ever came. We had to request toilet paper from the front office. It wasn't a huge deal but it didn't feel like office staff was all that attentive. I wasn't overly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Again, not a huge deal but just a reminder that it is cheap for a reason.

The shower spout was gross. It cost money to get ice. The tv channels were terrible and rarely clear. There was a small child put on the 3rd floor above me and it ran back and forth till 2 am. Then, it woke up and started running again at 8 am. There should not be small children on the third floor where other people have to suffer through their noise. I hardly got any sleep and it was freaking terrible. The staff was really nice, though. When I called about the noise they went and talked to the family.

Room was pretty clean, and the check in clerk worked with us to check in early when we arrived an hour before their listed check in which was appreciated. Parking is tight but free, room is no frills, and breakfast is basic but available; if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep after a day at Disney that is walkable to the park, this works at a reasonable price point.

Hotel was well maintained, room was nice and clean, staff was super friendly and helpful when asked. Location was very good - walked to Toy Story Parking lots and then took Disney Shuttle to and from Disney Park. Would definitely stay again.
