I ended up not being able to stay because my service animal was not accepted. The woman was rude and explicitly asked several inappropriate and illegal questions and stated that she had never heard of a small dog being a service animal. She threatened that I could be prosecuted for felony fraud for impersonating my dog as a service animal, even after I showed her his paperwork from our doctor and the dept of transportation.

Jacob at the front desk was great, he was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was clean and lots of fun for me and my son. The hotel setup is very cute and different, overall we had a very pleasant time and I would definitely come back.

The convenience to the Disney parks was nice. There is a mini mart right on the property of the hotel and the pool and hot tub were nice too. The continental breakfast was light consisting of cereal, yogurt , and bagels, but it was enough to hold us over until lunch.

My Anaheim Home Away from Home!!!!

This was our first time at this hotel. I definitely want to return back again when we are in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and plenty of parking. Next time I’ll try the spa and pool. Thank you for the welcome!!!

Great place to sleep after a long Disney day!

The Anaheim Carriage Inn provided exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Disneyland at a reasonable price. I really appreciated that we could book a room with 3 queens, as our two teens did not have to share or fight over who has to sleep on a sofa bed. The continental breakfast included the basics like toast, bagels, cereal and fruit. It’s conveniently located close to the Toy Story lot, where you could catch a free Disney shuttle. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable place for your family to sleep after a long day at Disney and don’t want to break the bank, this is a great choice.

Cozy and welcoming

This place was clean. They did housekeeping every other day. They have a small pool and laudry area (coin op). They offer a good selection of continental breakfast in a clean dinning area. The front desk staff was really helpful when I needed to get change for the laundry and to purchase laundry detergent. There is a small market right on the property with an ATM and an assortment of things to purchase from snacks to trinkets.

We flew in to see the Savannah Bananas game and the location of the hotel was perfect. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but to each their own. I would stay there again.

Inflexible front desk manager. I was surcharged $25 for late checkout at 12.30pm for one room and $45 for late checkout at 2.00pm for a second room. Occupancy was closed to none which most inns and even hotels would just grant a complimentary late checkout. They kept sending housekeepers to check if we have left.

Our 5-night stay went well. The only hiccups were a sink drain that couldn't open enough to drain well--and they fixed it immediately the next morning...and the empty room nextdoor having its alarm clock go off at 6 AM with nobody there to turn it off. And once again, the staff took care of it as soon as we told them about it. On the Saturday night of our stay, the Carriage Inn got really full, and there wasn't enough parking...so we had to park next door in the Carl's Jr. Parking Lot...and that ended up OK, nothing happened to our rental car that night. Mission accomplished!

We needed a room for the night with a last minute plan to spend the day at a theme park near by while passing through. The room did its job. The shower head wasn’t strong but we were able to shower. The toilet tank took a while to fill but it worked. And the bathroom fan was a bit loud. Other than that our room did have what we needed for the night. Check in was fast and easy. We did not take advantage of the complementary breakfast or amenities on the property.

It’s a good hotel and clean and staff is friendly only thing I don’t like it a late check in which is 4 pm I was ready at 2 pm and usually most hotels are at 2 or 3 but 4 is late especially after driving from Northern California and you just want to get in and relax and lay down but other than that is was a good stay
