Boutique B&B Nassau is located in the heart of Amsterdam, two minutes walk from De 9 Straatjes, five minutes from Leidseplein, and a fifteen minute walk from all the other tourist highlights that our city has to offer.

Boutique B&B Nassau has been recently luxuriously furnished and has fast free WiFi. The two bedrooms have very comfortable king-size box spring beds with soft percale bedding. They have their own television and air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with luxury shower products and with its own toilet.

In the sitting and dining room that is located between the bedrooms, you can make coffee and tea or drink a cool Heineken.

Upon arrival I will go through the highlights of the city with you and we can devise a program if you wish. You can use a number of tourist guides (in English and French). If you want to visit a concert or a show, I can help you with this.

Boutique B&B Nassau is a smoke-free environment.

With its two king-size beds, Boutique B&B Nassau can accommodate up to four people, but is rented in its entirety. You are assured of your own comfortable place in the city.

The B & B is in a classic Amsterdam 19th century building (on the 4th floor), with its typical narrow stairs. The location is ideal. It is only a two-minute walk to all kinds of tram and bus stops. And also the direct bus from Schiphol arrives here.

This was truly the best VRBO property we have ever rented. Marion was an amazing host. She welcomed us on arrival. She provided a refrigerator stocked with milk for coffee and soda. There was coffee maker as well. There were also some snacks provided. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. One note - it is an attic apartment up four flights of stairs - tough with heavy luggage, although Marion was a big help! It was also close to shops and restaurants - walkable to most of the town. Marion also provided fresh towels a couple of times during our 5 day stay. Marion also spent time with us providing tips on a walking tour of olde town. She really went above and beyond!

This was a truly fantastic stay from start to finish. Marion is an absolute gem and made sure every detail was perfect. From the ease of check-in after a long flight, snacks and treats waiting for our family, to her recommendations of what to do, see and eat, it was one of the best vacation stays we've ever had. We had a fantastic stay at this loft! The layout was perfect for two couples, with spacious bedrooms, each having an ensuite, which made it super comfortable and private. Beautiful, clean, modern apartment within walking distance of major sites and great restaurants.We were a party of 4 and had plenty of space with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a lovely living area. Marion was a pleasure to deal with and gave us fantastic information about restaurants and some must sees. She had a nice selection of coffee, teas, jams and the fridge stocked with some refreshments upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Marion’s! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There are two bathrooms and two large bedrooms along with a nice living area and kitchenette. We enjoyed hanging out in the living area each evening after walking all over the city each day. The location of the apartment is perfect for walking anywhere. And it is also across the street from the bus stop which allows for easy access to the airport. There is a tram stop nearby as well that can take you all over the city. Marion provided some thoughtful refreshments and snacks in the kitchenette for arrival, and was so nice to help us with our luggage both at check in and check out. We hope to travel to Amsterdam again in the future and will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, canals, shopping, and we felt very safe. The rental is clean, well-appointed, modern and very comfortable. The only downside is the stairs if one has a mobility issue.

The location is convenient with goodPublic transport in addition to having many good neighborhood restaurants. The penthouse is lovely - clean and cozy with lovely views including the host’s beautiful zen-like garden. Best of all, Miriam loves being a host and it shows. Just amazing!

Marion is the sweetest and most gracious host. She helped us every way possible. The home is so VERY comfortable, especially for Americans. We LOVED the king size beds, the spacious bathrooms, and access to a small fridge with drinks. If this property is available you should 100% book it.

We had a great stay at this apt. Marion was wonderful and gave us excellent recommendations. We went to the Jumbo grocery store around the corner that took credit card. Apparently in Amsterdam grocery stores only take cash or debit card. The place was very clean and was in a great location. The only issue would be for older people with mobility issues. There are alot of stairs to get to the penthouse. We are in our 40's with two kids so we were fine. Otherwise the place was wonderful.

Great Old Town Location

I stayed here with my husband, my sister, and my sister's husband in June. Marion was fantastic! She was always quick to respond to every inquiry and went out of her way to make our check in process smooth. She even kept our luggage in her flat for a few hours after we checked out so we didn't have to rush back from a museum tour. The apartment was also beautiful and newly remodeled and the beds were comfy. We walked from there to the Anne Frank House, to a canal tour, and to the red light district and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend!

Perfect, Perfect, oh and yes...Perfect!

When I read the reviews before staying I wondered how a place can sustain 10/10 over many reviews. Here's how! Perfect Location - Walk to the best sites, restaurants, neighborhoods within 20 minutes or take the tram with multiple lines withing steps of the front door. Ubers are also super cheap and fast.Perfect Layout - Two king size very comfortable beds. Super modern apartment with two great bathrooms (often difficult to come by in older buildings). Everything you need for coffee, tea, and a light breakfast. Marion will make you a full breakfast is you desire. Perfect Host - Marion is so incredibly thoughtful. She helped with the luggage up the stairs. She serviced the apartment every other day with fresh towels and more coffee. She can recommend and assist with all the sightseeing you want to do.Really just a perfect vacation!

Great location and Marion is magnificent!

Such a great location! An easy walk to city center and 20 mins either way, gets you to some great areas. Marion was amazing, even helped pack our suitcases up the stairs. She also did our laundry which was so appreciated as we were heading out on a cruise after our stay in Amsterdam. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent stay

The 2 bedroom suite is completely renovated and is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. Our host Marion was there on our arrival. Took the time to make suggestions for things to see and local restaurants(excellent suggestions). Marion was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location, close to transportation and walking distance to most attractions. The only negative is the stairs to get up to the suite. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing experience staying at this property!

We stayed here for 3 days, 4 nights and our stay could not have been better from the moment we arrived to when we left! The host is so nice and welcoming and provided recommendations for places to visit and even offered to make reservations for us. The apartment is amazing with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space for 4 people. Could not recommend this property enough!
