This is an excellent property located in the museum district which makes it very convenient if your stay includes visiting the museums. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, getting service from the staff for basic requests relating to cleaning of the room, provision of towels, and removal of garbage and used dishes was difficult. The hotel prefers to make such requests via an app but this seems like an extra step to obtain the basics.

Perfect location

This hotel was lovely. The staff was welcoming. We arrived early and they checked our bags for us so we could go out on the town until our room was ready. If you’re in town for a shorter visit then I would recommend this hotel because it’s right next-door to the Rijksmuseum and half a block from restaurants, coffee shops, etc. boat Canal tours embark from the canal across the street. This hotel room was a little small by American standards. My husband is 6’1” and he had a little trouble moving his arms to shave, but the shower head was adjustable for his height. They had a lovely complementary, self-serve coffee bar that would rival a coffee shop. This saved us time and money finding coffee in the morning. Overall, a wonderful experience, we would stay there again the two of us, would not recommend for a family with kids.

Quiet neighborhood but a lot of restaurants for dinner nearby. Museum district very nice. Hotel clean. Worth getting the breakfast at hotel as we were on the go and didn’t want to spend more time looking for places to eat.

I'm very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Amsterdam. The staff was very corteous. I was impressed that the hotel had spanish speaking personel. Although chekin wasn't until 3pm. I was given a room as soon as one was avaliable. Thank you for that. Most guests with early arrival time. Were taking care with a room like me. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is located in the Museum Quarter area. Very walking convenience The tram is a 5 minute walk. The metro is a 10 minute walk. On the other side of the canal is the Hard Rock Cafe. With many other eating establishments to choose from. The only thing the hotel needs is a 24 hour doorman. There are steps to enter the hotel. I traveled with my spouse. Once I entered the hotel with my luggage. I placed it on the side to get the other luggage. To my surprise the gentleman from the reception desk came out to get our luggage. Thank you for making my stay great.

Given wrong room type

I was given a cosy double room instead of a deluxe room! My room was very very tiny and I could barely fit inside the bathroom and move around, I think they accidentally gave me the wrong size room because I viewed the pictures of the cosy double room and that’s what I was given! Not the deluxed double room that I paid for! But I only realised this on the day we was checking out! To be precise they gave me room number 304 and Leonardo can confirm this room is a cosy double room

Great location and friendly service

Room and location was great. We were in the Quad room on the top floor. As we visited in February, the weather outside was extremely cold and there was a significant draft from the windows in the room. Reported this to reception and the lady provided us with a couple of oil heaters to warm the room which was very thoughtful. Wouldnt be a problem if you choose to stay later in the year. Good sized room and bathroom with a good shower. We requested that our room was cleaned daily and this was done to a high standard. Tea and coffee facilities were available and bottled water was provided daily. There was also a small fridge. Really good location(across from Rijkmuseum) The reception staff and breakfast staff were all really friendly and helpful.

This hotel was excellent and perfectly located for the main museums and shopping areas. The Riyksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum were just a stones throw away. A wide range of cafes and restaurants were approximately a 20min walk away and it's located about a 40min walk to the Anne Frank house. The welcome we received was excellent. We were offered a welcome glass of Prosecco and check-in was great. We had an issue with online check in and we're charged a few times in error, however this was swiftly resolved and refunded. The room itself was comfortable and clean and the facilities in room were modern. The bed was a great size and the safe, tea & coffee were a welcome addition. The only drawback was the early morning traffic noise as the hotel is positioned next to a fairly main road. I would ask for a higher room if possible. Overall, an excellent and positive stay.

Pleasant hotel in very convenient area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very small, significant traffic noise and bathroom very cold with no radiator or heated towel rail. Other colleagues moved rooms to further aeay from main road and were much happier with these.
