Staff at the front desk, bar, and restaurant were friendly, informed, and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, but my room (#122) was a bit noisy because it was not only right across from the stairs and elevator, but the cleaning crew always parked their cart in front of my door. The common space is very pleasant.

This is our fourth stay at this Hotel. We have found the staff to be friendly, the room spotless and quiet. There is considerable variation in the size and shape of each room, however; so the total experience can differ.
