We were in the annex building. The rooms were exactly what we needed. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was lovely. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the museum district. So many food options nearby too. Absolutely recommend this hotel! And it has an elevator for those with mobility issues!

Staff at this hotel excelled at replying to my queries prior to my visit. They went out of their way to accommodate our request for early check. They provided great information when we asked. The room was neat and clean. We had plenty of space. The bathroom was also spacious. We loved the location. And that little gift at the end, so sweet!! Beth and Hankus

The location of this hotel was amazing! It’s right by a tram stop and just close enough to the action while being quiet and peaceful night. The staff were so kind and helpful. I really liked my stay here with one exception… no A/C They did provide an oscillating fan which was helpful but I still found the room too warm for a good sleep. The staff went above and beyond to help me stow my luggage for the day as my departure wasn’t until late. Cute place! Great location. Very peaceful and easy to walk wherever you want to go
