Not hot water for the day before I left and the morning I checked out. So I was unable to shower. Not ideal in the winter when it's 0 degrees out. Also no offer of compensation or good will gesture from the staff. Vague excuses and being told to email the bookings department. Also I've had no response to the messages I've sent regarding the matter.

The staff were excellent and super helpful however. The first room was disgusting. Food on the floor, sticky coffee cups, dust everywhere. The second room was only marginally better but we just needed to sleep at that point.

Nice room, comfortable beds but we had to give the room a clean when we arrived because there was hair in the fridge, hand prints over the headboard and door frame and dust on the sides. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
