Excellent central position

Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: Room size was small although comfy
Location: Plea you of cafes and restaurants nearby, from top restaurants to pub meals.
Great hotel for exploring tourist sites and hop on hop off bus and canal cruise. Plenty of affordable eating houses, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Pros: The service was second to none
Cons: My room was smallish, but for one person I didn't need much space, so I was fine, but someone else might prefer something bigger

Pros: Staff we're very friendly and knowledgable.
Cons: There were a couple if steps to the bathroom, not a problem for most people, but a bit of an issue for my mother (who is partially disabled)

Pros: The location is amazing with everything at your door. We couldn't believe that we could walk to anything we wanted to see.
Cons: Central location means noise so sleep means earplugs. Parking in Amsterdam is impossible, carpark opp. will give you an experience you won't forget!
Location: Outstanding, Best location for fun.
Facilities: State of the art, Creative and Welcoming; Service: Remarkable, Professional and Friendly; We've travelled for many years & have never experienced such genuine, friendly and helpful staff. They sit down with you to ensure you enjoy yourself

Pros: Free upgrade to huge city suite
Cons: No air con so had to put noisy fan on constantly
Location: Close to everything
Facilities: State of the art; Value: Affordable; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Pleasant; the room view was a bit dissapointing. good area for Coffee shops and Gay nightlife. Also it was really close to rembrandtplein which was handy.
