Overall the stay was good. Great breakfast options. The only bad thing was that I purchased an inexpensive beach towel at their local Walmart. When I returned to the hotel from my outing the beach towel was gone.

Close to Napa

The hotel was clean and the staff that we came in contact with were all very friendly. I will say the beds could have been a tad comfier but for a hotel bed it was good. Also, they have an adequate amount of pillows. I run cold, and would like to have access to an extra blanket without having to ask for one, so instead I just cranked up the heat, which also helped for white noise! And this was a great location for the event we were attending. I’d definitely stay here again!

We did like the majority of everything with the exception of No Daily Servicing of the room other than trash. Please go back to room cleaning service every day. That will absolutely set up apart from the other Guys

Air conditioner serenade

This hotel was easy and fit our needs. Location was good - reasonably quiet all nights but Saturday night. The room was clean and well appointed but the room service was random. One day they turned the a/c off, swapped out one towel but left us one short and didn’t make the bed. The next night they left us the right amount of towels, left the a/c on and also skipped making the bed. The air conditioner was also way louder than I would have expected. It kicked in and off throughout the night to maintain the temp and jostled my wife awake each time. I had earplugs in so I wasn’t really phased. It was so loud the TV has to be turned up fairly high to listen to the TV. That so the only issue. If it hadn’t impacted sleeping, this wouldn’t be worth mentioning. Everything else was great.

Room bathroom needed a shower curtain . Also the bar in bathroom rail was rusty and the toilet paper holder was coming out wall. In room 323 . Staff was amazing but could not move rooms due to third party having to okay it .

Location was too far from Napa. Confusing on the map. First room was not clean but when I complained in the morning they moved us to a better room. Towels were thin and many edges are shredded. Could do better with that part.
