Stay away from this place! We left the room clean and didn't break anything, yet they never returned our deposit. The staff is absolutely not customer-oriented. It's better to pay a bit more for another hotel than to be scammed here. 1 star only because I can't give zero

It was not exactly as shown the pictures, broken signage and damaged to exterior visible upon arrival. Neighborhood looks sketchy, but wasn’t as bad as it seemed. However still I wasn’t truly relaxed and was alert to any sounds. Room appeared clean. Towels clean adequate. Sheets clean pillows ok. Mattress wasn’t most comfortable but reasonable. Daily service ok inconsistent not predictable. No detail cleaning during stay I had to request the areas I needed addressed for my comfort. I did attempt to change hotels mid trip but it wasn’t an easy switch so I stayed. By far the staff was the best feature of this location, the service was excellent and staff friendly and accommodating. Coffee and a muffin was the only complimentary offering. More updating needed ie there was a huge gap under the room door the open to the outside and draft of cold air was present. Fridge and microwave in room was excellent condition.

The property was dirty. No elevators for the second floor. The outside hallway to the room had trash cans that smelled horrible. The bathroom window for the shower was accessible to anyone walking down the hallway. The shower drain was plugged up and the water didn’t drain. But they did fix it when I reported it. Zero amenities. We had to go buy soap and shampoo . I would not stay there again. I’ve stayed at another Motel 6 and this was by far the worst. I would describe it as something from a horror movie.
