Was extremely disappointed. Drain was clogged when we got there; the hotel’s soft water conditioning system is extremely high so you can’t drink the water, wash hands without it creating a lotion type coating, same with showering, beds extremely firm. Hotel phones don’t work. No daily refresh of room, which caused 6 days of trash to pile up. When I asked them for a room refresh on the third day, staff told me they don’t do that on Sunday. Room service not available unless you order down at the restaurant and wait, they the will automatically still add a 20% gratuity.

The soda machine on the third floor did not work properly and took $2.50 from me. I went to the front desk and reported the issue and grabbed a soda from your store. Your front desk clerk wanted me to pay for the soda. I said no way and that was the end of it. Not very good service and you still owe me $2.50. it is a shame to lose customers over $2.50 rip off.

Room was clean and everything worked. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their dinner and drinks were very well prepared. The pool room was kept warm and clean. The hotel was also within walking distance of the Vancouver mall and other stores as well as restaurants.

If you ask the front desk, they will give you fish food to feed the HUGE koi. 10/10 fun! Indoor pool in October was the BEST! Staff was soooooooo nice.

The property is very nice- have stayed here many times. The restaurant is great and our server was beyond stellar. We have been lucky enough to have her as our server many times and she exceeds all expectations. The only issue that concerned me was a $25 early check-in fee -if we had waited another hour, we wouldn’t of had to pay it, but we were anxious to check in. that seems like a very superfluous charge and I would suggest rethinking that policy.

I love staying here… This is a wonderful place. But this time our room was next to someone that opened and slammed the door over and over. It started at 7:30 am and didn’t stop… Sleeping was horrible! Unfortunately I will request stay as far away from people as possible.
