Wi-fi was a bit spotty (due to the cyclone).

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Elements. Great location, villas well appointed and Byron is fantastic. Each time they manage to score an "own goal" with service. It isn't consistent. The spa and bar were great. Housekeeping non existent and checkout a disaster.
It needs to try harder to deliver consistent service

The resort was easy to get to via the ferry. The staff were all very friendly and our cabin was clean, but could do with upgrading the stove. The beach walk was a pleasant stroll away and the resort pool was amazing
