The room had a very bad odour. The room was also a very long way away from the entrance (i.e. had to walk down and extremely long hallway to get to it). The room was also dark and looked out onto a brick wall.

Staff were helpful extending our stay and ensuring we could stay in the room we were already in, and the staff servicing the rooms went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Good standard of cleaning. The rooms are particularly good if you have to work from your room, good internet.

Clean and spacious apartment with great facilities

The apartment was clean and spacious with excellent linens and facilities. It was quiet and is in a very convenient locale. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have elevated the presentation of the apartment was to repair the torn curtain heading. This detracted from the presentation but we did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay again.
