My recent stay at Quest Albury for the most part, a delightful experience. The ambiance, amenities, and attentive staff contributed to a memorable stay. However, on the last night, I discovered a significant issue in one of the bathrooms—the ceiling displayed a concerning amount of mold. This unexpected discovery was disappointing and indicated a lapse in the housekeeping department's thoroughness. Addressing this concern would undoubtedly enhance the overall quality of the stay. Despite this, the positive aspects of the hotel make it a worthwhile choice, with the hope that they address this specific issue for future guests.
