Staff very pleasant and helpful. King room with lake view very nice—our king standard room was not ready upon arrival so we were offered lake view for increase price per night. (I think this should have been free upgrade). The bathroom was small and the desk chair had worn and peeling arms. The view was great. Hotel in a very convenient location and self parking very easy to use. Breakfast at Lily’s had good options and food was good. We did not eat at restaurant at hotel.

I am not one to spend time in a hotel room but the view of the lake was so incredible, especially watching the sun set behind the mountains. The staff worked hard to make sure everything was right. I enjoyed their smiles and positivity. People actually smile in Vermont. It's great.

The hotel was beautiful and service excellent. It’s located across the street from a park and approximately two blocks from the lakeside restaurants and tours you can take by boat or train. As a first time visit to Burlington, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel on a future visit.

Great facility in a perfect location but the staff training needs work. Housekeeping had somehow overlooked a pair of pants a prior guest had left on the floor. The receptionist asked how many keys I wanted and gave me one after I said two. When I went back to get a second key, there was a long wait and the receptionist let airline crew cut in front of me (I objected). The breakfast staff didn’t seem at all coordinated. But the views from the lake view rooms are spectacular and you’re in a great part of town.

The beverage bar was a bit misleading. Ice was not available on the floor we were on. Also thought we might find some vending machines there. Other than that, all was good

Way too expensive for what we paid - should have stayed at the Garden Inn. Shabby room, stained bed linens, elevator to parking garage broken, not a luxurious feel at all.

My lake view room that I paid extra for had no view of the lake. Second floor blocked by trees completely. Also parking was $40 for one night. Good location but will not be staying there again for the price.

Do not stay here

The lady who checked us in was rude. The room was claustrophobically small. The walls were dirty. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the sheets and pillows were thin. Bed felt like something out of an $40 motel. Our outlet literally fell out of the wall and there were exposed wires. The $36 breakfast buffet had terrible food that was burnt and hard. The TV wouldn't allow us to play the movies we rented and we had to watch them on our laptop. I could hear everything through the thin walls. The closet door felt cheap, the ironing board was cheap. And now I'm getting charged $240 for resort fees and parking when I thought I prepaid for everything. I cannot believe we spent over $2,000 to stay at this hotel. I wish we had chosen a different hotel. We paid more to stay here because we thought it would be a nicer experience. It was not. I’d liken this to staying at a motel that has better lobby decorations. Miserably disappointed.
