The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. That being said I thought the hotel was located near the University but it was next to the freeway in a light industrial looking area. Not good for walking around.

Don’t stay here! Following are some of the problems we had: sheets were stained and when we complained we were given a new set and we had to change them ourselves, the desk chair was stained, a leftover cup was in the refrigerator, the floor was sticky throughout the room, there were stains on the walls and door, the spout in the shower was delicate and about to break, the room smelled, there is no service to your room unless you stay more than 3 days so the trash piled up, the door stuck and had to be slammed shut and pushed open with one’s entire body weight. We complained about the problems and were offered to switch rooms the following day but we never had time to pack everything back up to move. The area is super sketchy outside and the “security” gates didn’t always work. Additionally, the outside doors were all broken so it wasn’t really secure as anyone could walk in (there was a rock propping it open). The pool was dirty and closed. Even though it’s only two floors, they do NOT have an elevator. The breakfast was mediocre at best.
Night stand was full of water and the top was sticky.

Good location, hotel itself quite basic. Breakfast with paper plates and plastic cutlery ! On the 3rd and last night of our stay we returned to our room to find water coming through the ceiling from the room above. Staff responded promptly when advised but we had to stay in the room as they were fully booked. Promised a discount which did NOT happen. Will not be using Quality Inn again.

The green chile stew at the breakfast buffet is worth whatever room rate is! I’ll put their green chile up against anywhere else in New Mexico. My second visit at this property and I’ll keep coming back! Mechanical issues with outside doors and the parking lot gate were minor inconveniences. I noticed they were working on them when I left this morning. Highly recommend.

This hotel does not rent to people who live in the same city. They state they put this on the website when they make the booking, but yet still allow you to make a booking in the first place. I showed up expecting a room and was told they would not rent to me and that I would be refunded. I still have not been refunded as of this morning and the fees from the booking online are gone for good. This hotel stole money and time from me and hid behind the fine print. Do not book with them, if this is a policy and the way they treat people in their own city, I can’t imagine they will treat travelers any better.

This hotel is a dump in a sleazy part of town. The place is poorly maintained and the room key lock on the door from the parking lot was broken, so any of the homeless people wandering around close by could enter the building anytime they wanted to.
