I knew when I checked in and the front desk person was chewing gum with her mouth open, that things would not go well. I had an issue with a staff member knocking on my door at 10.30pm and waking me to hand over brochures that were meant for another room. I had an issue with a terrible odour in my bathroom because the housemaids were not putting water regularly into the bathroom floor drain. The hotel is in a great location but old and desperately needs renovating. Julia and Michael in guest services were amazing and should be rewarded.

Linda was very responsive. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub is new and clean. We were 12 people, there was enough room for everyone! I highly recommend this rental!
