The entire place stunk of cigarette smoke and general dirtiness. The room had trash left over from the previous guest. The shower water would not stay the same temp, sometimes going cold like I was a old house and someone else was using the hot water. Every day, my key card would stop working and I would have to go and have them reactivate it. After several days, someone finally configured my key to work until my checkout day. The other employees didn't known how to properly program the key cards. I came back one time to a police officer in the lobby and the front desk person calling someone, telling them not to go in two of the rooms. I was never offered any clean towels, nor was my trash every taken. All that said, the staff were nice.

This motel is infested with cockroaches. Had to sleep with all the lights on. They really need to take care of the infestation before booking out their rooms.

Room needs to be cleaner. Mirror had splashes of something ,wall was dirty (Blood?) bath faucet was functional but broken (hardware was coming off)Shower had no pressure floor was sticky,bath towel stain . These are things that do not require to be a 5 stars hotel Very disappointed with the room #117 and surprised that the Wyndham has its name attached to this place.

An unpleasant stay, mitigated by friendly staff who were making the most of it, putting a ring in the pig's snout. I can't list everything that was unsatisfactory, but here's a start: several cockroaches greeted me every day, no hot water in the bathroom sink, no hot water in the laundry room, poor condition or repair of almost everything, mismatched paint brushed over flaws everywhere, dirty, sticky floor, hairs that definitely weren't mine in the bathroom, smelled like cleaner covering who knows what, threadbare towels and linens, door slams shut, breakfast is a joke, need I say more? I will never use the Travelodge brand again. First and last time. Exercise room was adequate and clean, maybe because no one uses it.
