The room was surpringly clean, our stay was fine for the price and the few hours that I stayed as I passed through Albany on my business trip. The front office smelled strongly of marijuana which almost made me leave because it was disgusting and I didn't want the smell to get on my clothes or in my hair. The hallway and stairs were sticky and I think a homeless woman may have been living in the lobby and she was a bit rude but the woman checking me in was friendly and efficient and very polite. The surrounding area was nice, lots of things to do and places to eat. I arrived late, and left super early and it served that purpose. I probably won't seek it out again and I likely would have sought somewhere with more ammenities had I needed to stay for more than one night.
