Not a bad property, but less than what I expected for a Radisson. Low price to attract guests, but this property is desperately trying to watch expenses. The bathroom had an extreme amount of molding caulking around the tub. Toilet seat was broken. HVAC unit was in need of cleaning and repair... made a lot of noise and didn't work well. King size bed was a Sleep Number, but the controls didn't work. Also had a 3"+ drop in the middle of the mattress. Pillows were so beat that you had to ball them up and layer them. It was fine for 1 night, but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

Firstly checking in was easy and quick. Unfortunately though on their website it says $10 per night for pet fee but when we got there they said it’s $50 per night, that “there was an update” which is false advertising. Then the hotel room was dirty and we couldn’t even use the freezer as it was full of old food and hair. Housing keeping seemed to have only one person so it took forever to receive service. Also, the elevators were out of service which really sucked for my spouse since he was on crutches. For some reason the key cards kept going out, so we had to keep going downstairs to get them working again just to get in our room, which was a hassle considering the elevators weren’t working. The WiFi not only sucks but also does not allow certain apps or websites so we had to download a VPN just to watch Disney Plus on my tablet. Other than that the good we got out of our stay was that it was close to many dining options, shopping and gas stations, the pool hours were late so late night swimming was great and the pool was warm, and the water gets really hot which made showers enjoyable.

The location is not bad. A lot of restaurants and quiet area. Don’t be fooled by the “Raddison” name this place is in desperate need of renovation. Every thing is old and a lot of broken things. The worst part is they require a $150 deposit which Expedia should know. I was really unhappy about that as were the others checking in but at that point you’re stuck. The place is really rundown but I did sleep well so something positive

When i firat checked in and went to my room there was damage to the carpet, drapes, walls, couch, and more. The bed looked like someone already slept in it. I asked for a diffrent room and was moved to a room with no couch or microwave. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes smoke made me nauseous. I took photos of everything in both rooms and showed it to the staff. I asked to cancel my reservation was was told once a request was sent over they would approve the cancelation. Then they denied the cancelation after i left and charged me the full stay amount. Worst hotel and staff ever.

The room we checked in was filthy, beer bottles on floor, dirty bedsheets, blood and appeared to be semen spots in bed sheets and comforter, spilled thing on floor was not cleaned so was smelly, fire alarm hanging from room, restroom consists of hair everywhere, not enough pillow case provided. When asked they not all pillows have cover. Could not cancel booking either because they blame on third party(expedia) booking. Contacted expedia, they also could not cancel the booking said manager nit available. Worst experience. Not a raddisson grade, some road side motel would be better maintained than this.

Night mare stay

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. This was the worst lodging stay I have EVER experienced. The carpet in the lobby was extremely dirty, upon entering the room the toilet had feces in it. The down side of the comforter was also covered in feces. I returned to the desk to report this. I was given a new room and no apology. That room had electrical issues, smoke detector hanging from the wall, electrical outlet hanging out. Overall an extremely bad hotel.

Went through 3 rooms before I gave up they wouldn’t refund our money hotels.com tried to talk to them but the just wanted to keep moving rooms till we find one that everything worked I wasn’t being petty over a light being out no air fridge don’t work one the door didn’t latch.

Worst hotel

I was so disappointed with everything about the hotel. The bed was so slanted on the left side that I could hardly get into bed and my body wanted to roll off all night. The carpets were badly worn, the bathroom was smelly and in much need of repair. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and it made it hard to take a shower. The room had a bad odor, there was a dog barking down the hall, a child screaming at a parent around 11 pm, a woman yelling loudly right around the same time. THe sheets were clean, I'll give it that. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I felt the the owners bought it and decided to make as much money as possible off of it without making any upgrades or repairs. I will never stay here again.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The carpets were torn up and had stains all over them. The bedding has stains. The shower has hair all over it. On the second night of our stay we got locked out of our room due to the batteries dying on the keypad.

Very poor service at counter by Indian Lady. Need to wait 45mins-1hrs to just check in. Waiting room, Lobby and the bedroom was dirty. They refuse to provide even extra towel. Pool was so dirty pls don’t plan to play there.

The room AC unit had been turned off. The property has a pool so the carpet gets wet meaning that the room has a musty odor. The caulking was discolored in the bathroom. The popcorn ceiling was in poor condition in the room. The carpet in the room had two bad stains next to the bed. Overall the carpet in the room needed sream cleaning, if not replacing. The tile flooring was very hazardous due to to constant water on it from the pool traffic. I would guarantee that someone will have an accident in the near future from slipping on the horribly managed wet floor. To add insult to injury the hotel demanded a $150 room deposit which was not declared by Expedia! I will never stay at a Radisson hotel again and will not use Expedia to book through in the future.

I had been looking forward to my first trip to Ohio — a nine-hour drive to attend my best friend’s baby shower. I was excited and carefully chose this hotel because it was in my price range, had good reviews on a third-party site, and the photos looked great. When we arrived, the maintenance staff and manager upgraded us to what they described as a nicer, quieter business floor room. At first, we were thrilled. However, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The room was dirty: there were cigarette butts on the carpet, the bathroom had urine and hair left behind, and the sheets smelled unclean. We tried to overlook it at first, but things only got worse. The pool was freezing cold, the hot tub smelled foul and looked unsanitary, and the gym was outdated, filthy, and nothing like the photos online. When I asked the front desk for help, the staff was dismissive and told me there was “nothing they could do” until a manager came in the next day. As a manager myself, I know it’s unacceptable to refuse to contact management when a guest is experiencing serious issues. To make matters worse, we were told to change our own sheets — something no guest should ever have to do. We were moved to another room, but it was even worse, with visible mold — a serious health concern, especially since my best friend is pregnant. Despite being told repeatedly that a manager would arrive at 5 a.m., then 6 a.m., then 11 a.m., no manager ever appeared. GOOGLE REVIEW
