Totally ripped us off. Tried to charge $150 instead of 50 $for the deposit. Got to the room and noticed how disgusting it was. Black mold in the bathroom and dead bugs everywhere. My kids decided they would rather sleep in the car. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I was in town for a convention and all the hotels near the University of Akron were sold out. The Radisson seemed like a comfortable deal based on pictures online. What a joke!!! The Radisson is the joke! Don't stay here unless you like filthy rooms, dirty carpets, dusty surfaces, stained towels of unknown substances, moldy tubs, hairy floors, dirty pool, broken hot tub and etc...The list can go one...oh also the late night illicit activities that normally would have the police there but for some reason no one cares!!

Very dated. Not clean, stains and drips everywhere, walls, furniture, etc. Not enough towels for 2 persons. Took hours to get more. HVAC unit in room produced loud noise all throughout the night. Shower moldy and dated. Shower room doorknob falling apart. Entire hotel smells like the Indian restaurant downstairs, even inside my room, including my pillow. Convenient location for us but wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was nice! However gym and pool area are not very nice. Pool was very warm and comfortable! Hot tub wasn’t working. We needed towels in our room and for pool was told there should be some for pool area however they weren’t so I had to go to desk to get some and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to even ask for one and then they didn’t have any available there as well so I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a towel just to go swimming for 15 minutes. Key cards often didn’t work. Beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning unit was broken and extremely loud. Half of the outlets didn’t work in the room. The floors were dirty. We reported all issues immediately to the person running the front desk. He came to check the ac unit and said that all of them sound like that. He refused to switch us rooms. In the morning we spoke to someone else who listened to the video of the ac unit and told us we should not have had to stay in that room!

The front desk attendants were nice and accomodating. The pool and workout area was Not cleaned or updated. No microwave in the room. Asked an employee for plates to warm up food ( microwave was in common area) The employee said i couldn’t use plates ( theres an Indian restaurant in the hotel, the restaurant hadn't open yet, there were plates and silverware available) but I was told I couldn't use them. So, I asked the front desk atendee, they asked the same employee i asked, and he came back with the plates for us. There was a fire in the workout area, so we all had to evacuate for about an hour. Hallway of my room floor smelled like cigarettes. Would not stay here again. Theres also a $150 security deposit required.

The guy checked to see if my room was clean before he gave me the card keys. We went inside and there were toe nail clippings on the floor in the room. Parking lot had a bunch of trash and a dirty diaper and socks laying on it. Pool was nasty too. Will never go back.

The room was not vacuumed at all there was pepperoni pieces on the floor, there was a stain on the flat sheet, and the mini fridge had mold in it.

Go somewhere else

We arrived at the hotel at 2am, our room was not made up, urine on sheets AND pillows, hair, crumbs, period blood food wrappers, POOP on the bathroom floor, drug paraphernalia in the bedside table. They moved us to another room that was even worse so I requested to go back to the other room and purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. No breakfast as advertised on website. No bedding for pull out couch which was also stained and filthy with urine. Carpet was sticking and not vacuumed. Shower was hairy and crusty and the pool was cloudy and nasty, hot tub not hot. I came here out my kids and the hotel of horrors.

Terrible & unclean hotel room

I didn’t stay at the hotel my room was so nasty! There was blood splatter on the wall in the main room & bathroom, food on the floor, wires hanging out the walls where the lights should be, the room doesn’t look like what’s pictured either.
