The elevator had multiple liquid marks (like someone spilled soda), the room was disgusting, and the bedding was dirty. Our room had a dirty tissue behind the sofa sleeper, the pillow had dark spots/blood on them, the place was dirty.

We checked in around 9 pm but went to dinner before we went to the room. Got back around 10:30. The door was propped open by the inside lock, and we just thought maybe housekeeping had forgotten to finish closing up. The couch bed I thought my daughter would sleep on was broken, like mattress completely falling down on the bottom half of the bed. So she had to sleep in the bed with my husband and I. None of the lights on the far end of the room worked. The room was cold, and stayed cold all night, even though I cranked the heat up to 90 degrees. When we arrived, the toilet lid was closed and the plunger was in a weird spot in the bathroom. We went straight to bed, and didn’t think anything of it. I had to pee at 2:30 am, and turns out, the toilet had been clogged, still clogged, not cleaned, someone else’s toilet paper is still in the bowl. But it didn’t make sense to wake up my husband and two kids in the middle of the night to call the desk about it. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she said, “sorry, I could have changed your room if you had said something earlier.” I guess I should have done a better inspection of the room before getting settled, it just felt like one thing at a time where we just felt like “ok, I can still work around this, this can still be understandable,” until it was too late to say anything when I realized the toilet was clogged when I got up to pee in the middle of the night.

We were assigned a king room on the 3rd floor. The elevator was temporarily out of service so we had to lug our items up the stairs to the room. We requested a first floor room and they said that none were available. The first room we were in had a broken down mattress that sagged severely. We requested another room for the next two nights and moved our belongings to a 2nd floor room that had two double beds. However, it did not have a fridge and microwave like the first room. One of the doors on the sliding closet did not work so had to work out of half a closet. The shower drain was also slow, so water accumulated around out feet. I asked for a discount for all of the problems. I was informed that since I booked through a 3rd party (you), that I would have to address it with you. I hereby request a 35% reduction of the fee. I also believe the room was to come with breakfast, but they said that no longer applied. Very disappointed and this hotel should not be on your list

Got a room with king bed but no refridgerated which seemed odd but two couches. The shower lever needs fixed it’s about to fall out of wall.when asked for more large towels was told they don’t have any and it’s the weekend. It shouldn’t matter a hotel should have a stock pile if towels. Would think they would make an accommodation that if room wasn’t being used to grab towels from there. Do not feel like I got the quality deserved for paying %100 dollars to stay for 1 night.

Reserved and paid for a suite. When I got there the hotel gave away my suite and compisated with something that was ridiculous. Instead of a 1 bedroom suite they gave me a room with a adjoining bedroom so instead of having a room where there is a bedroom and living room I had 2 tv 3 beds 2 refrigerators did not need all that. They should have just gave ne 1 room and compensate me. Very disappointed

The room was still dirty, the beds didn’t work and were uncomfortable. There were other people towels still in our bathroom. Stains on the carpets. Website said they served breakfast, they did not
