Very reasonable price and clean and comfortable. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired. No eggs or bacon, sausage or anything like that. Only fruit, cereal and prepackad danish rolls.

Okay for a “budget” hotel

Check in was great; lady at the counter was super nice! Got to our room and the first thing I always do is check the mattress; don’t want to see any unwanted guests and see there is about a 6” slice in the mattress, which is not memory foam as the website states. The room has been renovated and is very large, but some old pieces were left behind and the spigot on the bathroom sink is not screwed on correctly as it moved when you used it. The bedside lamp would come on very dimly (it is on in the pic) then blink when you turned it off; it was not usable. We asked the cleaning personnel for clean towels when we left the first morning, bringing her the wet ones as we didn’t want our room cleaned and there are no ‘do not disturb’ hangers and she took our wet ones and told us we had to get dry ones at the front desk? Also there is a deposit that is not mentioned on the website as well that people may need to be aware of. The view was not as described and there was no hair dryer as listed. Overall, if the room was completely renovated, new mattress and non-working items replaced, it would be a very good hotel, but as long as it is the way it is now, I would not return.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was so nice . The only thing missing was a hair dryer and in the room coffee. I would stay there again.

The Royal Inn is my go-to place when in the Twinsburg area. The hotel is in great shape with large comfortable rooms that have been updated. Plus they have a large dining area for breakfast and a large parking lot. You can't beat it for the price.

Getting on and out bed is noisy from the kind of metal box spring or completely bed set up. Bathroom sink .water not draining properly. Also the the shower tap and head cannot completely change. Half qater from the tap andof from the shower.

The Royal Inn is my go-to hotel when in the area. It's basically a "hidden gem" that's low priced but high quality. It has been remodeled so the place is in very nice condition. It looks good and smells good, the beds are comfortable and the AC system is not too loud like at some places. For the price, you can't beat it.

This is an older motel that has been completely remodeled. Rooms are great, bathrooms new and refreshing, beds were comfortable, and it's a great value. I'll stay there again.

Pleasant surprise.

Clean room and friendly staff. Furniture was older and well used, but bedding, large mini fridge and bathroom was well maintained. You are right next to the freeway, but it that being said it wasn’t too noisy. For the price of the room I got more comfort, cleanliness and kind staff than I ever expected. I was very happy and would stay here again. Only downside, no phone in the hotel room.

Just The Basics, Just How We Like It!

This place is impressive! Very basic hotel that is updated and very clean. No carpet in the rooms helping with the cleanliness. Bathrooms have elongated toliet seats and liquid hand soap and lotion dispensers. The shower even had a shower hose. Refrigerator worked great and bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
