I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable — I slept better than I have in a long time. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with small requests, they made everything easy and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d happily return on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Double Tree it’s-self was a nice hotel, but my room was horrible. Starting with the shower. The drain was so badly clogged that the shower did not drain, during my shower I was standing in ankle deep water at the end of my shower. The shower head its-self had a digital read out of the water temp.. Hot water was only 90 degrees. During my stay weather outside was cold, rain, mixed with snow. My body temp is 98.6 degs, I would lo loved to had a hot shower… Due to my medical condition, I have to prepare my meals.. The refrigerator in the room was non-functional. So I lost all my meas. NO micro-wave in the room, even the cheap motel 8’s offer a micro-wave… I will never stay at this establishment again.

The hotel was nice but the room was not. Paid for a king size bed and received a full size bed. The toliet took 7 minutes to refill after each flush. The shower was a roll in kind and it leaked all the way to the door for the hallway. The front desk did give me two complementary breakfast tickets for the inconvenience.

Room was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. loved all the options. Everything was delicious. The Mimosa was top tier. The Overnight Auditor (Tall/solid AA gentleman) and Front Desk Attendant Steven who checked us out were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Also adored interacting with our breakfast attendant Emily. She was a real sweetie and was on top of things and pleasant in spite of some of the guests being obnoxious. Every visit to Cleveland moving forward will include a stay at this hotel.
