The heater was broke for pool and hot tub. Office chair in room horrible shape. Parking cost more than it says on website. Good was pricey and nothing to write home about. Shower door doesn’t close due to tile being laid wrong. The ceiling above the shower peeling water damage. If you stay pick other room if you get 213.

I travel to Kent a few times a year and always stay at the KSU Hotel. It’s been clean and comfortable every time. Additionally, its location between the town and the University is ideal.

Room was great. Location perfect. Staff friendly. My only complaint is that you can hear everything next to and above you. Walls super thin. I could even hear our neighbors going to the bathroom. Awkward!
