The AC in our room did not work properly. It did not cool like the other two rooms our friends were staying in. My room was musty/muggy and warm. The second floor smelt like dog/cat urine. The front desk employees were very kind.

Just ok probably won’t stay again.

Check in was not quick. Girl working the desk was dressed in a dirty white T-shirt, was not friendly at all and was overall awkward. Pull out bed was horribly uncomfortable and had a large stain on the sofa cushions. Also no bedding was in the room for the pull out bed. Overall room was clean. Really liked there was a ceiling fan in the room. Landscaping around the hotel was very over grown and unkept.

I had reservations for Saturday 5/3 and had a confirmation number but when I arrived they had no reservations. The hotel swore they did not have my room and I had to get another room, while on the phone trying to get ahold of Hotels.com the clerk rudely kept interrupting me trying to get my card. I was very disappointed with how the clerk handled the situation, he was rude and short. The actual room was nice but was disappointed in the customer service.
