Unhelpful staff desperate for money
About 10 o’clock one night I booked a room for the what I thought was the following day not realising that it was actually for that night after I paid for it. II tried calling the hotel but got no answer sent them an email immediately and in the morning I called to say that I’ve accidentally put in the wrong date ask them if they could change the date and they refused I ask if I could get a refund and they refused. not a very great hotel would never recommend this place to anyone and we ended getting a place in the same location called holiday in express what an amazing hotel absolutely gorgeous so clean breakfast was amazing the bed beautiful gave you a choice of hard or soft bed so clean the bathrooms were excellent I would definitely recommend anyone stay at the holiday in express in Aberdeen at the airport

So sorry for the confusion with your reservation, Advance Purchase rooms have stipulations on them yet we do always try to work with our guests and accommodate them where possible it may of been we had no availability on the evening you was looking to stay with us
