7. Ooraminna Station Homestead

Ooarminna Station Homestead is something else. It’s home to four rustic yet charming cabins in the outback, 30 minutes south-east of Alice Springs. It’s the kind of getaway you’ll only find in the Red Centre – we’re talking incredible landscapes, awesome walking trails, and lots of friendly local wildlife. Just a 10-minute drive away you’ll also find the Napwerte-Ewaninga Rock Carvings Conservation Reserve – a six-hectare park with one of the highest concentrations of rock carvings in the NT!
