March 17, 2018Book was relatively easy. As with most on-line booking activities things are not always clearly spelt out or the questions do not relate to the information you need.
I also found the constant interruptions of advertisements a distraction
All done on the internet, and was easy to follow

March 17, 2018I didn’t like the changes. It was easier to use when you could select a localised area and get a result which was easier to compare. I will use booking.com from now on.
March 17, 2018The whole process with efficient and seamless with the price quoted being the actual price charged. Other sites suck you in with a ‘deal’ price that is no longer available (if ever available). Plus we got an upgrade at Clarion Suites too!!

March 17, 2018I looked at a lot of different hotel booking sites and Wotif was the best as it showed pictures of the actual hotel room (or equivalent) that I was getting. The downside to the site was that I kept losing my ‘favourites’ but that could have been something I was doing wrong ? all in all I will bring using Wotif again and recommending it to others.
March 17, 2018I sent two e-mails to your company requesting cancellation of the Grandior Hotel in Prague 10-14/6/18 as we had specifically booked on your “free cancellation up to 9/6/18″policy. Also we had specified we would pay at the Hotel, however on checking our Visa statement we see that we have already been charged and on printing the “confirmation” e-mail it stated this was a no cancellation/no change booking.
We decided to keep the booking, however again requested through your “contact us” on the confirmation site, that I had overbooked the room on 14/6 (suggested a reply no longer than 1 day) and requested a cancellation of this date. So far we have had no response and because of this, I again request a full cancellation of the booking from 10-14/6, our Visa card refunded in full and request an immediate response from you.
