QUICK , EASY AND NO PROBLEMS

Great, except when we went to check in the room was not available.

Although we haven’t used the flights yet the process of booking them and the price were good.

Our request was simple but it was all carried out quickly and efficiently.

Customer service attendant was very helpful in assisting with the confirmation of hotel’s unavailability and called back promptly to let us know our refund would be authorised.

I highly recommend using Wotif. If you have a problem with your booking or need to change it they always come through with the best result for me. I even received a discount voucher when I did not even expect it.
