My accommodation was not available when we arrived and I have now to try to get a return of the deposit I paid to you. My Res no is 7336229012209 and confirmation number 20180312065005853732, we were left standing in the street and had to seek other place to stay . Check out theKickback Cottages before you use them again but the owner was os and was not to blame for the mess. He is rapidly working hard to re establish this place and the cottages were actually very promising when the rubbish was removed. The manager had absconded.

Website is easy to use, prices are clearly displayed and daily specials are very competitive. Immediate confirmation and free cancellation on most bookings is also a plus.

The only concern I have is the legality in taking payments ahead of time. I have no problems in Wotif debiting accounts in the month of the booking, but prior to that they should be paying interest to the customer for the use of the funds.

Desperately needed accommodation on short notice because the original place double-booked. Daylesford is a very popular location & I was so thankful to get something as nice as I did for the price I did!

I was very disappointed about not being able to get refund on our booking as i made a mistake with the date booked for sat 18 when it should have been 17th your add is misleading said no cancellation fee . i booked on 14th cancelled 16th the booking was for 18th i think that was enought notice 2 days thanks

I tried to call to make advise of my late arrival and the phone menu is very confusing. I went to the same place maybe 5 times before hanging up and sending the hotel an email. The website on the other hand was great
