Have used Wotif for quite a while and find it very efficient, quick to find accommodation places and price competitive.

First time user, very satisfied with the process to make a booking online. Would recommend any other folks to use.

I organised a trip to a place I haven’t been before. I got free cancellation on my booking and a lot of info on the area that I haven’t received from other booking agencies

very confusing to manage multiple bookings.
i request wheelchair rooms in each booking and no hotel respond so i ended up using an agency to book
funds were taken out of my account before i cancelled while awaiting this feedback
too much spam emails from Wotif makes it hard to find the bookigns
