The booking was simple to navigate through wotif site

The service seemed a little sloppy, in that the order was not processed immediately (according to PayPal), so I was left feeling rather uncertain.

The service was perfect!

The room was excellent, very clean, fresh and laid out well.
Service from the staff excellent and friendly on arrival and departure.
Breakfast was as hoped, varied and plentiful, fruit, juices, toasts, cereal, fried. And service great.
Location is excellent, right there in the city centre and a short walk to the shopping areas.
Will certainly stay again

The booking was smooth, all places looked at had thorough information to make an informed decision. I would happily book through them again

Needed to make changes to the booking. Followed the instruction on the website but the categories mentioned in your support section were not shown on the website. The whole thing was a nightmare to make a change.

Booking session was easy to go through and the deal was better than other sites

The price was NOT the best price.
I paid $340 via Wotif and would have saved $51 if I went direct to the hotel.

Could not get to talk to anyone and lost my money through a wrong booking
