Very difficult to make a cancellation, no customer service or support contact number

Great and easy service to use, saved us in Auckland.

Easy to use website which made it simple to find, view and book a hotel.

I find the web site extremely frustrating. I don’t seem to be able to change the currency to NZD for a start. The other issue I have is when booking accomodation I step through the process I have on the past two occasions found that the site booked my accomodation for that day I did the booking rather than the day/s I asked for.

Simple straight forward. Easy to use

I needed to change our booking, but was unable to do so on your site. I rang Rydges and was told I have to do it online. On my third attempt it finally worked, so I cancelled the booking and made it direct via phone.

Really fast and easy. Accidentally booked the wrong week but to get a refund and rebook the right dates was very easy

Helpful staff, easy to deal with.
