Easy to navigate the Wotif website – easier than the airline’s own website, in fact.

And you can pay with a Diners card on Wotif. Jetstar won’t accept that card for payment online.

I wasn’t happy that when my booking was confirmed it states that they cannot promise the rooms I was led to believe would be available. I have responded to an email asking for a refund and at least 14 hours later I get an email that they could not reply to my email and now I receive your Wotif’s service email.
I have asked for a refund as it is within my right to ask within 72 hours now the time is about to run out so please could you deal with this ASAP
