Whilst the experience booking through wotif was reasonably easy you guys failed to let me know about $200 room deposit required after paying for room in full. Was extremely embarrassing to be told that without that I would not be given the room.

I was not happy with the booking experience. The price advertised was initially for “Reserve Now, pay when you stay”. Then when you try and book the low price is only for “Pay Now” with “Pay later” being almost $30 more expensive.
As far as I am concerned this is false advertising and deceptive.
