Everything is perfect.

So easy to make a booking.. great price and very happy with the service..

I was able to easily find the accommodation I was after but with the booking process it took four attempts for the booking to go through, and I was not convinced I was not billed each time. At no time did it show me what the problem was. It seemed I needed to log in with an account I was apparently making at the same time as the booking, though this was not in the instruction.

The whole experience from searching and booking was effortless and simple to use.

Rooms were great clean and stylish.
Restaurant fabulous .
Staff great ,bend over backwards.
But when band finished,at 12 o’clock the hallway outside our room was noisy people yelling banging doors swearing ,drunk.
Balcony beside us also young men partying ,very loud .
We did not get much sleep at all,went on till 3am in the morning.
Due to lack of sleep ,my daughter had 2 seizures (Epilepsy).Had to return to coast before planned due to this.Reason we were down,we were visiting a very ill relative dying of cancer..

Yeah wasn’t bad. But I rang the hotel first to see what I was getting…..

Given wrong departure terminal.
My booking said T2 but flight actually departed T3…..
they need to be more careful and double check everything!!
