Booking process was very simple with confirmation via web and email. Booking indicated that breakfast was included, however the hotel insisted that there was a only a $10 subsidy towards the cost of breakfast. Since anything other than tea and toast cost more than $10, this meant additional out of pocket expenses that were not expected.

I attempted to book a return trip from to Brisbane for $161 however when I checked out I had only booked my flight home at $100 so not sure what happened to the flight there. I rang customer service and was told I need to go through the airline as it wasn’t them (even though I booked through the wotif site and was then call dumped to the airline without any further information. I ended up having to pay $100 for the flight there and spent more time booking that I should of so ended up not getting the flights any cheaper and wasting more time than I wanted to with no assistance when I rang customer service
