Very easy to navigate website,
Only problem is the insurance offered was not available to us because we are all over 61…very annoying as we will now need to source our insurance elsewhere

Haven’t received confirmation or itinerary email on our hotel booking in June

I was going to try airbnb for my work trip to Melbourne but nothing compared with the rate offered by Wotif.

I wanted my trip to be a smooth check in and out. Wotif have always been excellent, with delivering on each occasion that I have used them for the past 15 years. My three experiences with Airbnb have had me hanging around for the owner to open up my accomodation. Once the owner was 4 hours late.

So So easy with Wotif we dont need to use travel agents ,we can book our whole holiday and not worry about anything we are repeat customers we love you guys thank you Wotif

Clear and precise information, not to mention very helpful.

Website had an error which resulted in two booking being made. A representative promised the money would not be taken from our account, which subsequently did. Good chance we will never use wotif again if this is not rectified on Monday.

Because the beds are amazing and the service to awesome
