Very easy to compare prices & book

A screen popped up when booking say g the price advertised was the total we would pay ever, completed booking on line, turned up at reception to pick up key for unit and they wanted another $100.00 from us for room deposit, this was not mentioned on the booking web site. We didn’t have another $100.00. We went planning on staying the night, we didn’t bring any spare clothes food and our pays didn’t go in until the following week. It was quite embarrassing trying to get the hotel to give us our key, in the end they relented and gave us the key after I’d taken screen shots of the no more to pay ever screen that came up and the confirmation booking email that did not mention having to pay anything else like a security deposit

I usually book with webjet and I forget I had a account with wotif so I thought let see if there is a cheaper flight and straight away was a cheaper flight including everything and book fee I thought wow that was perfect.
