It was late in the day and I remember being quite tired and brain dead, but it was simple and easy to arrange and complete booking….

I had to change a booking, the screen offered three different buttons that said change, but they all just took me to a new booking page. So I had to make a new booking, and cancel the original booking.
That’s not a ‘Change’. And it wasted time trying to see what I was doing wrong, and in the end I concluded I wasn’t, you just didn’t actually have a ‘Change’ feature.

Web site crashes on Android tablets with both Firefox and Dolphin web browser after credit card details submitted. No Feedback if booking successful. Wrong date inserted at second attempt crash. Very poor.

I may not have seen the option but I wanted to filter hotels with pools only and I don’t think there was an option on the wotif app.

I booked a room for the 11th of May and it showed a rate of $378 for 2 nights but when I went to book it, it came up as $478. I refreshed a couple of times but it kept saying the same thing. I tried to leave feedback but that page wouldn’t work either! It kept admin me to rate but then wouldn’t let me do it
