Very efficient and friendly
I was surprised to be talking to USA

Easy as.

It was a nice easy way of checking out availability and deciding on accommodation as we drive from Brisbane to Townsville.

Booking my flights was easy and fast.
Trying to change the date due to my error from China was a 3 day nightmare.

Wotif has always been excellent, I have used them before.
I find their site is easy to navigate.
I have occasionally looked on other sites but didn’t like them as much.
I will use Wotif again and I would definitely recommend them!
I can always get what I’m looking for.

It was a very simple transaction to book our accommodation and the follow up text message was perfect to show a quick confirmation of everything going through accurately.

After putting all the details for a return flight from Sydney to Cairns only a one way flight from Cairns to Sydney was booked and confirmed. When i realized and tried to re-book with a customer service person the whole package cost me an extra $150. I was not very happy

The site was thorough & easy to use.
