Easy to use
I like seeing pictures of the different rooms to be able to compare, though this isn’t as easy to do on the app than the website
I use this site every time I’m booking a hotel

Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation. There was no fee as I gave sufficient notice. It was difficult to find the number to call. The hotel gave me the number. The cancel process was fully automated when I called from the phone I registered with. That wow factor gained an extra star.

The whole experience was simple and very effective – i had my booking completed within less than one minute and there were no issues or dramas

The staff member was very considerate and thoughtful when an emergency caused me to change and delay my booking. His kind words were noticed
