I cancelled my hotel booking I hope to still get my refund if I’m still getting emails asking how my stay was

No receipt send so how do I know if it’s booked?

Easy to use. Very efficient.

Couch covers in what looked like human fluids.
The noise both from heating it AC was bad but a banging noise on tin kept me up all night. Not sure why I booked as I didn’t get sleep or rest. Added extras such as parking and breakfast were unrealistic priced.

The booking process was easy. The hotel however was not as nice as the website suggested.

Very fast service

I always use Wotif when travelling and needing a Motel. I have used them for over 10 years and “touchwood” have never had any dramas either with Wotif or the accomodation provider.

The staff member was helpful, they were able to get my booking changed for me, I was very grateful.
