I have not received any confirmation of booking as yet otherwise OK

User friendly, quick and no mistakes

I am always busy so with Wotifs App it so easy and i always get what i want very happy

Quick and easy to navigate the site, immediate text and email confirmation of a successful booking.

I made a booking and selected the incorrect date. When I wanted to change the booking I couldn’t do that on line, so I called. I spoke to an operator who did his best to help. But the booking couldn’t be changed without contacting the hotel, and the proprietor didn’t answer the call he placed. He tried twice. And I admit to losing patience. He told me that he had logged a call back, but nearly 24 hours later I’ve not heard from Wotif, except for this feedback request. This is disappointing. My own conversation with the hotel proprietor via the Wotif conversation icon, has shown that the hotel is happy to change the booking. All in all this has been a very disappointing experience and one that is still not resolved.

Wotif supplied the perfect accommodation choice for us to celebrate a special anniversary and the process was simple and quick.

Very fast and easy to understand service

I am still waiting for a booking confirmation email after booking accom on Monday.

I messaged wotif and was told I’d need to ‘wait more than a few minutes’.

I am still patiently waiting. I didn’t write down my itinerary number as I thought I would receive the email. I entered in my email to receive my itinerary number – still waiting for that email also.

I was able to go back in my browser history to retrieve the number luckily.

Might be a glitch somewhere.
