So easy to book online and get instant confirmation

My experience was terrible. The distance was/is advertised incorrectly on the website, 50km verses 100miles is a huge distance so I cancelled straight away and was told by the hotel to contact wotif so I did and the hotel still took my money. Call centre contact is also difficult to contact.

Wotif is the same as all the other services and need to do something to differentiate themselves from the others. We use companies at random to book accomodation.

Friendly reception and clean apartments

There were lots of options to choose from – but i was after specific details like adjoining room options which i requested but I have not received a response so i am not sure if the booking will be what i was after – so in many ways it is a stab in the dark and fingers crossed that our rooms are in the basement! Not sure whether it will do this again.
