To be able to coordinate a complex travel plan in just a few easy steps was a great relief not to mention a timesaver. Interestingly not only was it easier and faster, it was also considerably cheaper!
August 23, 2018It would have scored “Very Good” if it were not for your misrepresentation/misleading of “8% discount off next booking”. The coupon “BOOKNOW” only worked on two of the TEN hotels bookings I made using wotif.
Even more deceptive was that the two were the two lowest price bookings and should of if not applied to at least nine bookings should have been applied to the two most expensive bookings. Tut tut wotif!
The reservation wasn’t there when I got there I was spoken to so rudely

August 23, 2018This is the second time that we stayed at the same place this month because of the deal. My only suggestion is that the booking confirmation and receipt should be a PDF file so can be used for tax purposes.
